Job summary

Knightscope, Inc. is seeking a Mission Intelligence Analyst for on-site work at the Sunnyvale HQ. You will verify security alerts, investigate incidents, and support 24/7 monitoring alongside autonomous systems and KSF teams. Prior related security operations experience is a strong plus.

You will work in a dynamic environment, covering shifts as needed, with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and cross-functional teamwork to safeguard client premises.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical security, preferably in a Security Operations Center
• Able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Clear communication and ability to work solo or with others
• Organized, curious, and willing to learn
• Computer proficiency and internet literacy
• Willing to cover shifts as needed
• Experience with security tech, esp. CCTV is a plus
• Background in customer service
• Desire to contribute to the future of security
• Attention to detail and sound judgment when responding to alerts

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts and machines to ensure reliable security and customer service for Knightscope clients
• Identify and solve problems to improve the Mission Intelligence department
• Prepare Daily Security Activity Reports for monitoring periods
• Investigate incidents during shifts
• Maintain consistent response times and clearance rates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep the fleet active
