Qualifications

• 2-3 years of technical support or field operations in drone/defense industry
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms to manage technical issues and customer communications
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate strongly preferred, with practical experience operating UAS in testing/training/customer-facing environments
• Strong knowledge of FPV drone systems, including flight controllers, ESCs, motors, firmware, radio control systems, video transmission, batteries, and ground control equipment
• Hands-on experience configuring, tuning, and troubleshooting FPV platforms using Betaflight, INAV, ArduPilot, PX4, or similar software
• Demonstrated proficiency flying and maintaining FPV drones, including manual (Acro) flight
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to customers, operators, and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, prioritizing issues and driving timely resolution
• Willingness to travel, support field operations, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability, performance, and mission readiness of Neros drone systems
• Serve as the technical bridge between products, customers, engineering, manufacturing, and business development teams
• Provide remote and onsite technical support and drive rapid issue resolution
• Conduct failure analyses, determine root causes, and identify trends across deployed systems
• Create and maintain user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation
• Represent Neros in front of customers and partners as a subject matter expert on FPV systems
