Qualifications

• 2–3 years in technical support, mission support, or field ops within drone/defense
• 2–3 years using Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate preferred; practical UAS experience
• Strong knowledge of FPV drone systems: flight controllers, ESCs, motors, firmware, RC, video, batteries
• Hands-on experience configuring, tuning FPV platforms with Betaflight, INAV, ArduPilot, PX4
• Proficient in FPV drone flight, including Acro maneuvers
• Excellent verbal and written communication; explain complex concepts to customers and teams
• Strong analytical troubleshooting to identify root causes and deliver timely resolutions
• Self-motivated, adaptable, customer-focused; able to travel for field ops

• Ensure reliability, performance, and mission readiness of Neros drone systems
• Serve as the technical bridge between products, customers, engineering, manufacturing and business development
• Drive rapid issue resolution, provide technical support, and translate operational feedback into product improvements
• Document, research, and respond to technical requests with remote and onsite support as needed
• Identify, triage, escalate, and manage technical issues; implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams
• Conduct failure analyses, determine root causes, identify trends across deployed systems
• Support customer-facing demonstrations and advise internal stakeholders on technical matters
• Create and maintain user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation
