Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Mission Integration Analyst to support the Mission Integration Directorate within ODASW(CBRND). You will coordinate with CBDP stakeholders to ensure materiel capabilities are operationally relevant and delivered when needed.

Hybrid role with 3-4 days onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA and 1-2 days remote; you will develop briefs, reports, and analytical products to support enterprise stakeholders across military services and JCS.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s may substitute for 3 years of experience.
• 10+ years of experience in military services, combatant commands, or requirements analysis.
• Experience analyzing and integrating complex data to support operational concepts and warfighter engagements.
• Experience communicating with Military Services and COCOMs on requirements and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Supports oversight of CBDP experimentation activities and integrates findings into RDT&E activities.
• Plans and executes warfighter engagements, operational assessments, workshops, and working groups.
• Contributes to a modeling and simulation ecosystem for quantitative analysis requirements and tools.
• Builds CBDP strategic coalitions with Military Services, COCOMs, Joint Staff, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinates with the Mission Integration Director to identify, assess, and track operational needs and capability gaps.
• Applies mission engineering methodologies and develops mission threads, evaluation metrics, and architectures.
• Develops briefings, reports, white papers, and analytical products for enterprise stakeholders.
• Identifies risks, gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement across mission integration.
