Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Mission Integration Analyst to support the Mission Integration Directorate within the ODASW(CBRND). The role coordinates with stakeholders to ensure CBDP materiel capabilities are relevant and delivered on time and on location.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with 3-4 days onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA and 1-2 days remote per week. A strong background in mission engineering and warfighter engagements is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree may substitute for 3 years of experience.
• 10+ years of experience in military services, combatant commands, requirements development/analysis, warfighter engagements, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CBDP stakeholders to ensure mission engineering alignment.
• Support planning of warfighter engagements, operational assessments, and working groups.
• Develop briefing materials, capture outcomes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and opportunities to improve CBDP requirements and execution.
• Contribute to modeling and simulation efforts to support quantitative analysis.
• Develop analytical products and communication materials for enterprise stakeholders.
