Convoy of Hope is seeking a Travel Coordinator to support the travel team, handling bookings, traveler assistance, and documentation. You will manage profiles and coordinate domestic travel within organizational policies, delivering responsive service to travelers and colleagues.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, teamwork, and adaptability as you navigate itinerary changes, after-hours requests, and system trainings across Sabre and COH platforms.

Formación

• Two years’ administrative support experience required.
• Customer service experience; hospitality preferred.
• One year travel booking experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist travel team with bookings and traveler support.
• Prepare documents, data entry, and reporting.
• Reconcile travel credit cards and invoices.
• Maintain traveler profiles and online booking tools.
• Coordinate domestic travel and itinerary changes.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling traveler information.
