Job summary

Convoy of Hope is seeking a Field Teams Operations Manager to support the ministry by coordinating Field Teams groups, travel, budgets, and administrative tasks. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth operations and compliant reporting.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree preferred (high school diploma required), strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrates proficiency with PC or Mac and common software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong grammar and punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with international and domestic operations teams to ensure balanced workflow and strong customer service.
• Serves as a field leader for multiple Field Teams groups annually.
• Manages Field Teams applications, travel coordination, and budgeting-related duties.
• Coordinates with Travel team to book field group travel and performs background checks.
• Documents volunteer hours and reports, and maintains Field Teams documentation and reports.
