Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Training Coordinator in Doral, FL to support DoD training programs. You will manage events, vendor quotes, and reporting, ensuring alignment with government objectives and real‑time information sharing.

Responsibilities include market research, provider vetting, scheduling, and post‑event quality reviews, leveraging OSINT and geospatial tools to support mission analytics.

Qualifications

• Active TS‑SCI Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; five years of training/curriculum experience.
• Experience with OSINT, geospatial data, and dashboard analytics is required.
• Proficient in instructional design and adult learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, QA, and interface with Government on training events.
• Manage acquisition of packaged training services under Cost‑Reimbursement CLINs.
• Conduct market research and identify qualified training providers.
• Solicit and compare quotes from multiple sources for each event.
• Prepare vendor packages with justification for COR approval.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
• Review event deliverables for quality and completeness.
• Maintain training records and monthly status/cost/participation reports.
• Ensure training outcomes align with Government learning objectives.
