This full-time position offers Monday–Saturday schedules, with shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, and compensation of $19.00 per hour. You will engage with customers, maintain merchandise displays, participate in staff meetings and devotions, and contribute to our mission to share the Gospel through

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in store operations and supervising staff ensuring policy and procedures are being followed.
• Assist manager in overseeing the display of merchandise throughout the store.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and returns.
• Assist in cash register operations during busy times or to provide adequate coverage.
• Assist in opening and closing the store as instructed.
• Be alert for shoplifting and follow Shoplifting Policy.
• Be a part of staff meetings and team building.
• Other duties as assigned.
