Jubilee is seeking a store associate who will assist the manager with daily store operations and supervising staff while ensuring policy and procedures are followed. You’ll help oversee merchandise displays, resolve customer complaints, and cover cash registers during peak times.

You’ll participate in opening/closing duties and staff meetings, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. We value a heart for service, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in store operations and supervising staff ensuring policy and procedures are followed.
• Oversee the display of merchandise and maintain store presentation.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and returns.
• Assist in cash register operations during busy times or to provide adequate coverage.
• Assist in opening and closing the store as instructed.
• Be alert for shoplifting and follow Shoplifting Policy.
• Participate in staff meetings and team building.
• Other duties as assigned.
