Job summary

Jubilee Ministries in Lebanon, PA, is seeking a dedicated store associate to support daily operations and guest service. You will help manage merchandise display, assist in opening/closing, and ensure policies are followed while maintaining a welcoming, faith-centered environment.

The role offers a Monday–Saturday schedule with shifts from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and a compensation rate of $19.00 per hour plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in store operations and supervising staff ensuring policy and procedures are followed.
• Assist manager in overseeing the display of merchandise throughout the store.
• Resolve customer complaints and handle returns.
• Assist in cash register operations during busy times or to provide adequate coverage.
• Open and close the store as instructed.
• Stay alert for shoplifting and follow Shoplifting Policy.
• Participate in staff meetings and team building.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
