Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, shelter, housing and other roles across the organization.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for high-demand roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Review resumes, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and share weekly recruitment metrics.
• Support onboarding and coordinate internal/external recruitment events.
• Build relationships with community organizations and educational institutions to expand talent pipelines.
