Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA/MPA preferred.
• 1+ year of management consulting or advisory experience; nonprofit focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes defined tasks in advisory engagements, including organizational strategy, business process improvement, and technology transformation.
• Documents current-state processes and analyzes data to inform client engagements.
• Prepares first drafts of engagement components and supports client reporting and communications.
• Assists in evaluating technology solutions and supporting change enablement activities.
