Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Experienced Associate in its Industry Specialty Services Group to support nonprofit and grantmaker organizations with strategy, process improvement, and technology transformation. The role focuses on advisory services, data analysis, and collaborative client delivery across multiple mission areas.

You will contribute to research, documentation, dashboards, and performance reporting while advancing professional development in a growth-oriented practice.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in management consulting or advisory services, preferably serving nonprofit organizations.
• Experience in organizational strategy, business process improvement, or technology transformation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined tasks within engagements on strategy, processes, and technology transformation.
• Research and gather data to inform policies and operating models.
• Document current-state processes and org structures through interviews and reviews.
• Assist in financial modeling by populating templates and calculations.
• Support change enablement with communications and training materials.
