Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high energy Store Manager to lead daily operations in Lexington. You will guide a team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing expenses and payroll, coaching associates, promoting loss prevention, and aligning with our mission of dignity and independence. Travel to other locations may be required; schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Retail, logistics, warehouse, or light manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Travel to other locations beyond the assigned work location is required.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational processes and workflows with senior store manager.
• Manage store expense control and payroll to optimize business.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and Safety Awareness.
• Follow company guidelines to foster a positive shopping experience.
• Train, develop, and manage a team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Ability to make good hiring decisions while following the companies hiring process.
• Manage and coach all associates on achieving sales goals with a focus on key metrics.
• Develop a culture of goal attainment aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
