Goodwill Kentucky seeks an energetic Assistant Store Manager to support store operations in a fast-paced environment, helping lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in retail or manufacturing operations.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes management responsibilities in absence of Store Manager.
• Assists Store Manager in ordering merchandise and record keeping including payroll, scheduling and cash register deposits and receipts.
• Supervises, trains, and develops Store Associates on Goodwill of Kentucky operating practices and procedures.
• Maintains a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a well-stocked store.
• Supports Store Manager in loss prevention efforts.
• Follows all Company policies and procedures.
