Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support daily store operations and fund developmental programs. You will handle customer transactions, maintain accurate pricing, stock merchandise, and assist in training team members under Store Manager guidance.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate cash handling, and adherence to Goodwill policies. A reliable schedule including nights and weekends is expected in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with basic questions about store operations.
• Meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking and pulling.
• Sort donations according to company guidelines and price donated goods within Goodwill guidelines.
• Ensure proper handling and processing of incoming donations including use of a pallet jack.
• Train and develop team members within Goodwill policies.
