Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to operate a computer-based register system.
• Perform basic financial calculations for cash handling and register balancing.
• Count till before and after each shift and reconcile at end of shift.
• Meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking, and pulling.
• Rotate products and price donated goods within guidelines.
• Train and develop store team members, clients, and volunteers.
• Assist in loading/unloading merchandise and ensuring security.
• Maintain a positive customer and donor experience.
