Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support mission-driven store operations. You will handle customer purchases, maintain inventory, and deliver friendly service while supporting donations processing and pricing under Goodwill guidelines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in cash handling, and training of team members and volunteers. Nights and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must pass skills and knowledge assessment, drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Accurately itemize and total customer purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with store operations.
• Assist with stocking, pricing, sorting and pulling merchandise.
• Train and develop store team members, volunteers and clients.
• Ensure proper handling of donations and adherence to store policies.
