Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support mission-integrated store operations, accurately itemizing and totaling purchases, stocking merchandise, and delivering friendly service to donors and customers.

Under Store Manager guidance, you will handle cash, assist in training team members, ensure donations are processed per policy, and help maintain cleanliness and safety while meeting production standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and balance till at end of shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and greeting customers.
• Assist in loading/unloading store merchandise as needed.
• Sort and price donated goods per guidelines.
• Train and develop store team members and volunteers.
• Maintain store and product rotation; meet production standards.
