Job summary

Pioneer Human Services in Washington state is seeking a Health & Resource Coordination Manager to oversee the coordination of medical and behavioral health services, transportation, records requests, and education and employment supports. You will supervise staff, drive policy compliance and quality assurance, and collaborate with community partners to align services with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

AA degree in related field.
3 years of relevant management, progressive supervisory experience, and staff development experience.
Ability to create and deliver curriculum and staff development material.
Two years of experience working with marginalized populations.

Responsibilities

Oversee care coordination and service delivery across healthcare, transportation, education, and case management.
Monitor program outcomes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Supervise clinical and education program staff; manage staffing and on-call coverage.
Collaborate with partners and internal departments to align services.
