Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.
• Solid understanding of campaign success requirements and KPIs.
• Excellent relationship-building and volunteer recruitment skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with fundraising volunteers and lead peer‑to‑peer fundraising programs.
• Develop input for strategic peer‑to‑peer fundraising plans with revenue, budgets and timelines.
• Recruit high‑level volunteers and cultivate donors for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with local relationship teams and national partners.
• Organize and execute donor cultivation events and campaigns.
