Job summary

The role partners with Education, Services and Health Research, recruiting volunteers, planning local donor events, and expanding fundraising activities to support the mission. Travel and some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.
• Strong relationship-building and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with fundraising volunteers to exceed revenue goals.
• Coordinate peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns and products.
• Recruit high-level volunteers and manage donor cultivation activities.
• Collaborate with Education, Services and Health Research teams to align mission priorities.
