Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NCPRSS certification required.
• CADAC certification preferred.
• Two or more years of experience working as a community support individual or in-home case management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Empower clients through recovery-focused support and mentorship.
• Help clients develop tools to achieve positive behavioral change.
• Connect clients with community resources and supportive services.
• Advocate for clients and collaborate with behavioral health professionals to remove barriers to success.
