Qualifications

• No degree is required. High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist on the sales floor; answer the phone with a professional greeting.
• Weigh or measure purchases; operate the store cash register and balance cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness; sweep, dust, mop, and keep surfaces clean.
• Build positive and professional relationships with team members and leadership.
• Follow safe work practices; keep aisles clear and unobstructed.
