Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and grants management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP, IRS regulations, and funder requirements compliance.
• Manage annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop and monitor internal controls and financial policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Provide financial insights to executive leadership and board.
• Supervise accounting staff.
