You will oversee all accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive sustainable growth through accurate reporting and strategic budgeting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years leadership in accounting/finance.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and nonprofit accounting.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, cash flow, reporting.
• Experience with grants and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including AP/AR/GL.
• Lead annual operating and capital budgeting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Prepare financial reports for leadership and board.
• Manage audits and regulatory filings.
