USBA is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to connect, honor, and empower our nation’s military and federal workforce. This role bridges internal leadership with our Agency of Record, leading day-to-day marketing activities, member communications and project execution.

The position coordinates the agency of record, webmaster, and other vendors, ensuring marketing deliverables meet quality, brand, budget, and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years professional experience in either an agency or marketing department.
• Professional background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.
• Meaningful digital industry experience, esp. web and mobile technologies.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, website content, SEO, accessibility, and social media strategies.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between internal leadership and our Agency of Record.
• Lead day-to-day marketing activities, Member communications and project execution.
• Coordinate USBA’s agency of record, webmaster, and other vendors; ensure quality, brand and budget compliance.
