Job summary

BriteLife Recovery is seeking a line cook/culinary helper to support the back-of-house operations in a mission-driven environment. You will help with daily food preparation, menu input, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen to ensure high-quality meals for clients.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of casual dining experience, a valid ServeSafe certification, and a willingness to obtain required certifications within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of casual dining experience preferred.
• Current ServeSafe Certification and/or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in weekly menu development and food preparation.
• Maintain kitchen and dining areas cleanliness as directed by Executive Chef.
• Oversee storage and handling of food items and supplies.
• Demonstrate safe food handling practices to support patient wellbeing.
