Ascend Medical in Atlanta is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to be the first point of contact for clinical and administrative staff. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and access issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers when needed.

The role balances on-site support at multiple locations with remote assistance and occasional travel for deployments, moves, and equipment refresh projects.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on end-user or helpdesk support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and productivity suites.
• Familiarity with directory services, MFA, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience using a ticketing system and adhering to SLAs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the initial point of contact for support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system.
• Triage and resolve Tier 1/2 incidents for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Escalate complex issues to higher tier teams with documentation of steps taken.
• Provide on-site support at multiple locations and remote assistance as needed.
