You will work with our team to understand repairs and determine offers, always prioritizing empathy and clarity.

You do not need a background in real estate; the focus is on treating people well, building trust, and helping clients through emotional decisions with a servant-led approach.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic tech comfort (email, Microsoft Office) and CRM familiarity.
• Consultative sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand the property and seller’s situation.
• Listen first, build trust, and provide support during the decision process.
• Collaborate with the internal team to estimate repair costs and determine offers.
• Present offers clearly with full transparency and confidence.
• Follow up with sellers with empathy and care.
