The Salvation Army Kroc Center Chicago seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead operations, facilities, and program delivery, ensuring fiscal discipline and alignment with the Salvation Army mission. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Recreation Management or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years as General Manager or Director of Operations and Business for a large facility.
• Budget: Experience administering budgets of at least $3 million and managing a 50,000+ sq ft indoor recreation facility.
