StepStone Family & Youth Services seeks an organized and experienced Business Manager to oversee revenue cycle, accounts payable, payroll, and client funds across multiple programs. The role partners with program leadership to ensure accurate financial processes, timely reimbursement, and strong internal controls in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll processes.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with financial controls and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience using Oracle and financial systems.
• Must meet agency pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue cycle management and client fund disbursements.
• Manage accounts payable processing and vendor relations.
• Supervise payroll operations and compliance.
• Maintain internal financial controls and reporting.
• Coordinate with Corporate departments and program leadership.
• Ensure timely reimbursement and accurate billing.
