Job summary

Axon in the United States is seeking an experienced Field Outcomes Owner to lead the full lifecycle of customer success within a strategic account. You will own deployment, adoption, and impact, onsite 3-4 days per week, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.

You will embed deeply with agency leadership, measure mission outcomes, and drive scalable playbooks while upholding CJIS and privacy guardrails in every build.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or operational transformation.
• 8+ years in relevant deployment/operational roles.
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Build with Axon products (DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records) and extend them in the agency environment.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document patterns for reuse across accounts.
• Apply responsible innovation guardrails - CJIS, privacy - in every build; ship working software.
• Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows that solve defined agency problems; drive hands-on adoption; measure stickiness.
• Assess workflows onsite, identify friction and mission impact, and define what to build before you build it.
• Move from reactive support to proactive outcome design with hypotheses validated by leadership.
• Lead QBRs, mission reviews, and strategic planning with agency leadership.
• Capture customer insights and field intelligence to influence roadmap decisions; turn one-offs into playbooks.
• Maintain consistent onsite presence (3-4 days/week) and track service metrics; support sales onboarding.
