Job summary

Axon is seeking a senior role responsible for the full lifecycle of customer outcomes within strategic accounts. You will build and deploy AI-powered workflows, integrate with agency systems, and lead adoption with cross-functional teams onsite.

Expect ownership of deployment, optimization, and success metrics, including field collaboration with executives, and ensuring CJIS and security standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or deployment projects (8+ years).
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Proven builder of automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
• Ability to operate across hardware, software, cloud and integrated systems.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Axon's ecosystem in strategic accounts onsite.
• Design, build, and ship capabilities on Axon's platform—AI agents, workflows, and data tools.
• Lead onsite deployment, adoption, and ongoing success with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to resolve issues.
