Job summary

Axon is seeking a senior, customer-focused leader to own the end-to-end outcomes for strategic agency accounts on site. You will design, build, and ship capabilities using Axon platform tools, and drive adoption and success across deployments.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support and Services to deliver measurable mission outcomes while navigating complex environments and CJIS security requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or similar environments.
• Experience in program management and operational transformation.
• Proven ability to deploy complex solutions in production.
• Comfort navigating hardware, software, cloud and AI-enabled systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for strategic agency accounts on site.
• Design, build, and ship capabilities using Axon platform tools.
• Lead onsite engagements, deployment, adoption and success tracking.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support and Services.
• Develop field intelligence and reusable playbooks to influence roadmaps.
