Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals consistently with the identified menu.
• Prepare food for the next day; obtain supplies from storerooms, coolers or freezer.
• Receive deliveries and maintain food service areas; prevent theft.
• Clean and maintain the food service area daily to health and sanitation standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff including volunteers in the Food Service Department.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
