The Chief Operating Officer will provide visionary, strategic, operational, financial, and cultural leadership for a multi-site Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and community-based integrated healthcare organization serving children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Qualifications

• The candidate should be a mission-driven leader focused on client care as a top priority.
• Ideal candidate is a licensed clinician (MSW/LCSW or LPC; LCADC) with community-based program experience.
• Recent direct client contact is preferred to maintain frontline clinical perspective.
• Serves as a credible clinical voice within executive leadership to reflect frontline realities in decisions.
