Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI within 1 year.
Experience delivering and applying custom curriculum.
Teaching, mentoring, and course facilitation experience.
Ability to provide constructive feedback against standards.
Project integration support, scheduling, prioritizing, and communicating tasks.

Responsibilities

Familiarize with dynamic customer curriculum and maintain it.
Develop subject matter, communicate with diverse groups, create tailored learning content, mentor students, and deliver instruction.
Assist program teams with project integration, content development, and multi-day exercises.
Apply product development expertise aligned with curriculum teaching points.
Review student progress and provide positive feedback.
Lead instructional modules and coordinate exercises.
Build or revise curriculum.
Travel CONUS and OCONUS.
Collaborate with teaching teams and stakeholders to meet customer missions.
