Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of directly related experience or Master’s with 2 years of directly related experience or 7 years of directly related experience can offset the degree requirements.
Active DoD Secret Security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI within 1 year from hire date.
In-depth knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Transmission on various US Army communication systems.
Three or more years of direct substantial experience in delivering and applying custom curriculum.
Capable of utilizing instructional techniques and student assessment methods for feedback and improvement.
Experience in teaching, mentoring, and course and training facilitation and delivery.
Ability to provide constructive feedback on applied skills against established standards and guidelines.
Experience providing project integration support, including scheduling, prioritizing, and communicating tasks; coordinating team efforts; keeping stakeholders updated.
Interest in learning new tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance training delivery and quality.

Responsibilities

Will become familiar with a dynamic customer curriculum and maintain familiarity.
Developing subject matter, communicating with diverse groups, creating tailored learning content, mentoring, and delivering effective instruction.
Assist the program teams with project integration support, potentially developing new course content and delivering training.
Will use expertise with product development aligned to curriculum teaching points.
Review student progress and provide positive and constructive feedback.
Lead instructional modules and help coordinate and run exercises.
Build or revise curriculum.
Travel CONUS and OCONUS.
Collaborate with teaching teams and stakeholders to meet customer missions.
