Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or Master's with 2+ years, or 7 years of related experience can offset degree requirements.
Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI within 1 year from date of hire.
In-depth knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Transmission on various US Army communication systems.
Three or more years of direct experience delivering and applying custom curriculum.
Experience in teaching, mentoring, and course and training facilitation and delivery.
Ability to provide constructive feedback on applied skills against established standards and guidelines.
Experience providing project integration support, including scheduling, prioritizing, and communicating tasks; coordinating team efforts; updating stakeholders.
Interest in learning new tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance training delivery and quality.

Responsibilities

Familiarize and maintain knowledge of the dynamic customer curriculum.
Develop subject matter, communicate with diverse groups, and deliver effective instruction.
Assist program teams with integration support, potentially developing new content and facilitating exercises.
Apply product development expertise aligned with curriculum teaching points.
Review student progress and provide positive and constructive feedback.
Lead instructional modules and coordinate and run exercises.
Build or revise curriculum.
Travel CONUS and OCONUS.
Collaborate with teaching teams to meet customer missions.
