Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide basic nursing care under supervision, support licensed nurses, and assist with patient care in a correctional setting.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accurate documentation, and adherence to policies. A High School Diploma and Nursing Assistant training are required, with background checks and English proficiency needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Nursing Assistant training course.

Mansioni

• Provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction of a licensed nurse, including assistance with ADLs, vital sign measurement and accurate documentation.
• Maintains professional behavior and prioritizes workflow to ensure completion of duties while promoting patient safety and confidentiality.
• Collaborates with health care team, participates in staff meetings and training, and notifies the licensed nurse of any patient concerns.
