Job summary

Cleanslate Centers Inc is seeking a Senior Center Manager to oversee daily outpatient center operations, lead clinical and administrative teams, and drive exceptional patient experiences. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will monitor performance metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, manage scheduling and resources, and partner with communities to expand referrals and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced healthcare or medical office.
• Strong operational and organizational skills with ability to lead teams.
• Experience managing clinic operations, staff performance, and patient experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned outpatient center.
• Monitor patient flow, clinic performance, and patient experience.
• Lead staff meetings, performance reviews, and team development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Manage scheduling, staffing patterns, and operational resources.
• Analyze clinic metrics and implement improvements to workflow and performance.
• Support referral development and community engagement initiatives.
