The role collaborates with the Campaign Development Director and other leaders to plan, track, and revise campaigns, while also engaging education, services, and health research teams to advance the mission.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of campaign success requirements and KPIs.
• Experience planning large campaigns and forecasting.
• Excellent relationship building and volunteer recruitment.
• Ability to supervise and lead volunteers and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain KPI dashboards to guide activity and ensure timelines.
• Collaborate with Campaign Development Director to build strategic plans and revisions.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteers and corporate partners to sustain revenue and mission activities.
