Job summary

Blood Cancer United seeks a dynamic leader to oversee mission-driven fundraising by guiding staff teams and volunteers in a designated market area. You will build relationships, deploy innovative peer-to-peer programs, and drive revenue growth in support of our life-saving mission.

You will manage staff development, engage volunteers and committees, and ensure execution of strategic plans. Eligible candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 7–8 years of related fundraising experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 7–8 years of relatable fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated track record of success in leading fundraising teams.
• Ability to develop high-performing teams and manage complex programs.
• Comfort with getting into the details as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple staff teams and build strong relationships with constituents.
• Develop and implement innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals.
• Oversee mission integration and donor cultivation events.
• Recruit, train, and develop peer-to-peer fundraising volunteers and leadership.
