Job summary

You will partner with Education Services, Health Research, and volunteers to cultivate donors, recruit volunteers, and drive revenue growth while delivering high-impact campaigns in the designated market area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7–8 years of relatable fundraising experience.
• Experience leading staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple staff teams and build relationships with constituents.
• Develop innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals.
• Organize donor cultivation events and national stewardship activities.
• Recruit and develop high-performing volunteer committees and leaders.
• Oversee volunteer and donor engagement to support Blood Cancer United’s mission.
