Job summary

Keystone Quality Transport is seeking an experienced Ambulance Billing Manager to oversee our billing department and lead revenue cycle activities. You will manage Medicare/Medicaid billing, commercial insurance, and facility billing while ensuring timely submissions, accurate postings, and strong collections.

Join a team focused on regulatory compliance (CMS, HIPAA) and continuous improvement, working with Operations, Dispatch, Clinical, and Finance to optimize reimbursement and reduce aging.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of medical billing management experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance and facility billing.
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle management, claims processing, denials management and collections.
  • Experience with electronic billing systems and healthcare software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the billing department.

  • Monitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to reduce aging.

  • Supervise, coach, and develop billing staff while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, Clinical, and Finance teams to improve billing accuracy and reimbursement.
  • Develop reports and monitor key revenue cycle performance indicators.

Keystone Quality Transport is seeking an experienced Ambulance Billing Manager to oversee our billing department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with expertise in ambulance and medical transportation billing, insurance reimbursement, and revenue cycle management.

What You\'ll Do:



  • Manage the daily operations of the billing department.

  • Oversee billing for Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, managed care, and healthcare facilities.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Experience with ambulance billing regulations and CMS guidelines is strongly preferred.
