Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a full-time Technical Writer for the FASTC program in Blackstone, VA. The writer will develop, edit, and maintain various technical documents and training materials in line with SOPs and Federal standards.

The role requires coordinating with instructional designers, SMEs, and production teams to ensure accuracy and usability. Candidates should have 6+ years in editing/publication development, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Six (6) or more years of experience in editing and publication development.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Creates, designs, maintains, and edits technical documents and course materials.
• Collaborates with instructional designers and SMEs to obtain content.
• Ensures materials align with DoS policies and standards.
• Performs quality reviews for tone, layout, and production specs.
• Maintains filing and revision control per SOPs.
