Job summary

White Wolf Managed Services Company (WWMSC) is seeking a full-time Technical Writer for the Program Office at FASTC, Blackstone, VA. You will develop, edit, and maintain technical documents and student/instructor materials in line with SOP and FLETA standards.

The role requires at least six years in editing and publication development, a Bachelor's degree, and a SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one. Strong writing and formatting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Six (6) or more years of experience in editing and publication development.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills needed.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Creates/Designs/Maintains/Edits publications and reference materials per SOP and DoS standards.
• Collaborates with instructional designers and SMEs to gather content.
• Ensure materials conform to policies and formats; select illustrative materials.
• Provide final reviews for tone, layout, and production specs.
