Job summary

White Wolf Managed Services Company (WWMSC) is seeking a full-time Technical Writer to develop, write, edit, review, and maintain documents for the FASTC program office in accordance with SOP and FLETA standards. The position is based in Blackstone, VA at the U.S.

Department of State facility. The ideal candidate will design and maintain publications, collaborate with SMEs, ensure DoS policy alignment, and produce materials suitable for training and reference use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documents, reports, student and instructor guides, and course materials to SOP and DoS standards.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to obtain accurate content.
• Review materials for tone, style, format, and production specifications before release.
• Apply consistent grammar, punctuation, and formatting across publications.
